Tenant Improvement of roughly 6,000 Sf at Terminal 2 East for an American Airlines Admirals Club Lounge Operated by Swissport. This Project was coordinated and built in 2 phases with the second phase of construction ongoing with operations in Phase 1 with no disturbance to customers. Unique project features include detailed daily coordination and logistics with airport security and TSA for manpower access and tool/material deliveries as well as design assistance for a remote design team to develop a lounge that will enhance the experience of San Diego flyers with a luxurious atmosphere. The scope of work included demolition, framing, seismic design features, drywall, painting, high-end acoustical ceilings, electrical with sub-metering, low voltage, HVAC, plumbing, storefront systems, flooring, and class A finishes.
